Oral Presentation Guidelines

The time allocated for oral presentations is 15 min in total, including 2–3 min discussion at the end of each talk. A number of key oral presentations indicated in the final scientific program will have an additional extra time of 5 min.

The Conference room will be equipped with a laptop PC, a LCD projector, microphones and a laser pointer. Please note that you cannot use your own laptop for your presentation. Presenters of oral talks should send their presentations in PowerPoint or PDF formats to info@nbevents.gr by the end of September. Please include in the filename the abstract ID number and make sure that the presentation shows correctly. 

Poster Presentation Guidelines

All poster presentations from all five sessions can be put on display on Monday 17, 2022, and they may remain throughout the duration of the conference.

Poster Dimensions

The dimensions of posters on REFAG 2022 are 90cm (wide) by 120 cm (high). Please make sure that your Poster does not exceed these dimensions. All the material necessary for placing the posters to the boards will be available at the facility desks in the respective Poster Area. Assistance will be available by the secretariat’s personnel. 

On site printing of Posters

We can arrange to print your poster locally. Please send a PDF file to info@nbevents.gr before Saturday 15 October 2022. We will inspect the validity of the file and we will send you a confirmation within 24 hours. The cost per Poster is 50 € which can be paid at registration desk upon your arrival to the conference.
